I have over 12+ years of experience managing production and personnel. Currently I'm the Operations Manager, I work on improving our products quality and operating processes to better fulfill orders and customer requests. Since starting I have implemented changes to the operating software and to the policies and procedures. These changes have made the order and fulfillment of orders easier and faster. Previously, I was the Service Director at Camping World, where I managed three separate locations in Texas. I have great pride in what I accomplished there.
