As the Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation for Bon Secours Hampton Roads, I oversee strategic planning and operations of 17 In Motion Physical Therapy clinics in the Tidewater area. Our clinics span from Red Mill in Virginia Beach to Downtown Suffolk, from Newport News to Hanbury Crossing in Chesapeake. In addition to our outpatient rehab clinics, I also oversee our Outpatient Nutrition Program, the In Motion Sport Performance program and Athletic Training services. We currently hold contracts to provide athletic training services to Isle of Wight County Schools, Suffolk City Schools, Portsmouth City Schools and Catholic High School in Virginia Beach. I began work with Bon Secours in 2003 as a staff-level therapist and have been with the company ever since, gradually taking on more responsibility and growing as a leader. I love leading a team of leaders, group collaboration, coaching up young leaders, teaching difficult topics, and working with numbers, financials and budgets.
