Worked with the CEO to develop the company’s Long-Term Strategic Plans analyzing the $58B archival data storage industry. Evaluated 103 companies over 8 industries based off size, complexity, geography, and relevance to map potential points of entry and identify strategic partners. Decided our most appropriate path to commercialization and market adoption. Developed Folio’s SBIR proposal (Small Business Innovation Research grant) to the DoD. This consisted of an Intro Sheet, BLUF statement, Quad Chart, and Pitch Deck.Performed market analysis and created slides that went into a pitch-deck that secured over $8 million in venture funding in 2020.

Led and conducted a research study of over 100 customers to improve customer usability of the platform. Created research script used for surveys. Scheduled (via Calendly) and interviewed customers (via email and phone). Compiled the results into a deliverable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Research showed that customers that found the platform more usable produced roughly 60% more revenue. By updating the usability of the platform, it resulted in 30% more revenue being generated from existing customers in the three-month period following. Led a project updating the company’s automated emails to be more personable and create better engagement.
