Evaluating the use of wireless technology for continuous vibration monitoring and creating repair specifications for pumps requiring overhauls.

Manage planning backlog including need for contract planning resources to reduce backlog.

· Provided site technical support for the corrosion under insulation program to reduce the risks of unplanned outage on piping and pressure vessels which included technical support for a $500M project to recoat a steam drum and dearator in the AOP unit.· Lead a $350M project to inspect and refurbish a 5 cell Marley Cooling tower to ensure the reliability of the cooling tower supply for a $1MM/day production unit. · Accountable for the site centrifugal pump reliability program which included MTBF metrics, tracking bad actors, conducting failure analysis, and implementing improvements. The site MTBF improved from 34 – 43 months in a little over 2 years which will save $150M in maintenance per year.
