Reporting Analyst/BA*Maintaining efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation.*Supplier Audit, Quarterly CFO Update, Supplier Scorecards, Quarterly Business Review, and KPI Dashboard.*Rate Card Analysis, Rate Card Loads, Assignment Loads, Operations Dashboard, OT/DT Analysis.*Training and systems support for Beeline and Workday.*Customized reporting for Client, Suppliers, and HTS.*Invoice Reconciliation and Data ReconciliationProgram Coordinator* Responsible for providing back-end support for the managed service program used for sourcing, managing, and optimizing 3M’s Contingent Workforce in the United States and Puerto Rico * Interfaces daily with Operations Team, suppliers, and client engaging managers in processing orders, timecards, rate changes, worker’s assignment duration and billing issues * Manages day to day business process with team and provides troubleshooting for system related issues working directly with client and client integration subject-matter experts * Efficiently resolves incidents within a 24-hour time period or escalating appropriately * Assist with system access for end users through training or system resets

Oversee and analyze all of the data gathering and configuration requirements as we deploy our contingent workforce system globally to over 80 countries*Discovery - Collect and consolidate list of active workers and active suppliers by category.*Active Worker Implementation - Matching global job titles to existing job titles, work with suppliers to collect unique ID data, and populate data conversion templates.*Active Supplier Implementation - Collect active worker assignments and job titles for 3M confirmation.*User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Create UAT test cases specific to the configuration for that country, Conduct UAT, and present results for final approvals.*System Administration - Re-assign workers to correct suppliers in gwn as well as identifying vendor IDs for active suppliers.*Post Deployment Support - Resolve transaction errors and exceptions, provide support and training to specific country,
