Handling all operations for domestic lab testing and on farm analysis. This includes being confident and comfortable having conversations and making decisions relating to nutritional needs and requirements for all feeder species. From Logistics to Merchandising, Plant Production/Industrial management and Quality Control I have experience in all phases of feed production and quality management -FSMA Regulations and certifications met-Handled all internal auditing for 5 feed and microbiology labs-Handled all internal audits for paperwork and documentation related to feed and food safety plans/program-PCQI trained and certified in Feed production, handled training of all employees and truck drivers-Controlled completed yearly training of 75+ employees on federal guidelines and quality programs-HACCP Certified, FSMA Certified for Animal and Human Food production-Trained in FSPCA for both human and animal food production-Managed quality control programs for three separate feedmills, placed preventative controls to eliminate the chance of unknown quality products entering the facilities-Completed yearly on-site and remote based audits on all feed related documentation and procedural-Created and updated all GMP's, SOP's and corrective action documents for all three feedmills-Managed all BSE documentation and processes for domestic and international shipments

-One of three merchandisers that buy and supply all Seaboard's 5 mills with various ingredients for feed production.-Logistics management of ingredients being delivered to feedmills.-Constant contact with vendors on pricing and market flucuations.-Track and document all ingredients that are purchased by Seaboard for mills.-Oversee two seperate rendering operations, Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK and Triumph Foods in St. Joesph, MO.-Handle all direct sales and marketing of both Meat and Bone meal and Blood meal out of both plants.-Responsible for all acounting issues and customer relations/satisfaction

-Responsible for feeding 40,000 yearling feeder steers -Take physical inventory of each pen and record cattle and feed intake observations-Responsible for making quick and accurate decisions reflecting cattle's daily actions and feed intake -Managing a small team of employees (mainly truck drivers), maintaining feed trucks and performing various PM tasks on the trucks as set by yard mechanic-Overseeing and preparing yearly budget information, creating efficiency reports for each driver and company feed trucks based on tons delivered and fuel used

-Managed projects in Southwest CO, South Central KS and also Eastern KS-Completing data collection on multiple Range Management territories and ecological sites -Working with privately owned property and also Native American owned territory for each project-Abiding by BLM regulations and reporting findings to tribe management -Spearheaded a project that involved water management, grazing management and prescribed burning plan-Oversea's Logistics specialist duties when traveling to Kiev, Ukraine and Chisinau, Moldova--Project work completed on specific contracts with Metrica and World Bank with US Advisers -Participated in program involving college age students from Pakistan for 6 months based upon the teaching and learning of American Cultural -Created schedules and conducted daily meetings with students from Pakistan. Planning state wide trips and arranging their meals during Ramadan

-Worked with major Gas and Oil companies including: Shell and Bp. -Conducting Reclamation monitoring surveys and pre-disturbance surveys. Expert in areas such as: Reclamation Monitoring, Wetland Delineation, Pre-Disturbance Surveying and Wildlife Surveying.-Collected over 50,000 data points in the field within 3 months.-Expert in data entry with microsoft programs.-Report writing for BLM. -Entered data and photos into the USGS website. -Became certified to work in hazardous areas.-Shell, EnCanna and Ultra Petroleum Companies.

-Head Ranch hand, in charge of every day operations on the Ranch. -Assisted in cattle management and people management. -Completing every day tasks.-General upkeep of the ranch and its facilities.-Conducting research studies through the growing season of the summer/spring.-Completed Carbon Flux studies with plant species in the Tallgrass Prairie -respnsible for overseeing the prescibed burn of over 3,500 acres every spring. Completed 3 years of this conservation practice.
