I've been very fortunate to work in a variety of roles that have molded me into the person I am today. I've been at the top with every employer I've been with, doing inside sales for life insurance and health insurance, recruiting, motivating, and as a manager. I've been involved with marketing strategies, data and metrics, how to utilize statistical data in comparison with a regions demographics, and of course customer service. I strongly believe in doing things right the first time, making sure you are always doing what is best for the client and the company, and maintaining that relationship. Wherever I go and whatever I do, I bring a lot of energy and passion and it's very hard to outwork me. I'm always trying to improve (The Slight Edge - great book!) and I'm very easy to get along with because I always have a positive attitude!
