All client engagements began with a discovery meeting on Management's overall objectives. We would then interview and map their employees within the various Operational & Marketing departments. Once we had a clear picture of their current internal situation, we would then collect Qualitative & Quantitative Data from outside the organization in the form of statistics, public & private data sources and interviews with their customers.The information collected from outside sources allowed us to identify gaps & correlations between where they are currently (internally) and what is going on externally (customers, competitors, suppliers, etc.).
