Hello to any colleagues, old acquaintances, and any interested companies. I'm glad to show you a glimpse of who I am and who I can be through this website. However, meeting me in person is my ideal method of communication where I can show more of who I really am. Without going into too much detail, based on what I hear from other people and not judging myself, I seem to come off as a 19 year old wise, witty, mature, deep-thinking (sometimes to a fault), complex, and caring individual. I will be honest, which is key, right? I'm still a little lost in this world, I'm very deep into spirituality and figuring out purpose to this life and Earth, and being that I am only 19, I am still very much in question as to who I am and what I am here for. In my personal life I enjoy a ton of activities as I prefer to keep my schedule busy to avoid isolation. I stay active with a personal trainer, Yoga and meditation often, Basketball training and coaching, I write and create music, and now I am taking on musical instruments and programs.

Construction LaborerLayne'S Custom Construction Jan 2016 - PresentRichmond, Virginia Area● Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.● Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.● Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to theappropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.● Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools.● Apply caulking compounds by hand or caulking guns to protect against entry of water or air.Side Note- Construction work was something I was not expecting to be as easy to pick up on as it was.I felt like a natural out there. My first day on the job, I figured out how to get the right rhythm with myhammer, how to hit the nail right on the dot every time, making it easier to apply siding tohouses, which was my main job. If I was not doing that, I was cleaning up the site, or the materials forthe site, adding caulk to cracks and crevices, distributing tools to fellow workers, writing downmeasurements for workers to relay to the boss who was cutting the measurements, etc. Overall, Ilearned a ton about teamwork working here, I learned how important it was to all be working togetheras it was vital to the amount of time each project took and the overall product and how it turned out.And I learned a lot about tools and being precise with my work. This work experience built a lot of characterand helped shape me into who I am as an employee. As much as I will miss it, I am looking forward to beinga part of something new, and a little more challenging.

Stocker/Vendor/CashierRichmond Flying Squirrels Mar 2017 - Oct 2017Richmond, Virginia Area● Walk around the stadium with a cooler full of snacks, drinks, and meals.● Call out to each section of the stadium for anyone wanting said items.● Restock items after selling out of each.● Keep track of the amount of items sold.● Occasionally work the cashier end when needed.● Stock the fridge and freezer with beverages when a new supply comes in.● Stock the fridge with leftover, unsold contents after the game had ended.Side note- The Flying Squirrels were a lot of fun to work with; I am sad it was only a seasonal job. Ilearned more and more about teamwork here too. It was very fun getting to create my own calls out tofans to entice them to buy products from me. I loved having my cooler full of products, my neon shirtstanding out, and my official crew member hat. It made me feel important showing up to work. Ilearned a ton about customer service here, as it was my job to make sure fans got what they wantedwhile they were watching the game. I made great connections with families and children, and it mademe feel very good about myself. All in all, working for the Flying Squirrels was a different kind ofexperience, it was intense, but very relaxed at the same time. Multi-tasking and versatility were amust, and I think I adapted very well. -
