I was attached to ETLA Limited for my internship/Final Year Project during my time in Temasek Polytechnic.As I was a part of the first batch of students attached to the company, we learnt about how to compare engineering drawings, update serial numbers for different materials and come up with work instructions to better help the workers understand the steps for different processes.I was also taught how to use the SAP Systems application which the company uses to help collate their materials as well as keep track of stock for each individual itemvia their MPN. The company helped open my eyes into the manufacturing side of engineering companies and see what it was like in order for them to run smoothly.
