Created a positive first impression of Vacasa with guests. Became a resource within the Customer Experience and reservations teams and maintained strong work relationships amongst department and field staff. Produce TM: merchandising, rotating and culling produce, product knowledge, customer service and driving sales through education and effective merchandising.Cashier: cash handling, working with a sense of urgency, drive sales, raise funds for program campaigns, and provided unmatched customer service, receiving outstanding customer service within my first two months of employment. Supervisor: Opened a new store in the PN region, trained new tm’s and supervisors during the opening, assisted the TL and ATL on overseeing department operations and customer satisfaction, mentored TM’s, acted as point person for all donation programs which we successfully met and exceeded our fundraising goals. As an ATL: I worked alongside the TL and Store Leaderships in all tasks related to department leadership including but not limited to: hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, TM and supervisor accountability, scheduling, driving sales and implementing new “wow factors” to grow customer experience and satisfaction. Was a consultant for the opening of the El Paso location that opened in Oct. 2016.

Organized the youth sports leagues which included but was limited to; hiring and training staff; volunteer recruitment and retention, scheduling, maintain constant and effective communication between volunteers, schools and the YMCA, supervision and encouragement.

Designed, built, and implemented a new Teen Leadership/Mentor program. I oversaw Youth Sports Leagues, in house youth programs and Day Camp operations and staff. I was active in hiring, training, accountability, ordering and scheduling.

Provide support to the Head Wrestling coach through assisting in structuring practices and skill development of the team and individual wrestlers. Additionally, we helped lead Peninsula High school to its highest finish at the state tournament in 5 years through effective leadership, determination, teamwork, and communication.

I oversaw youth and teen programs and staff. I gained knowledge in; fiscal accountability, purchasing, working with and supervising a diverse group of staff and members. Implemented and maintained youth sports classes and leagues, homeschool PE, teen fitness, elementary and middle school enrichment programs, and teen programs.

I motivated both groups and individuals to obtain their; fitness, mental, and spiritual goals. I was an active part in organizing special events, structuring the fitness orientation process, equipment purchasing and inventory control. Additionally I taught group exercise classes; group cycle, circuit, core and strength training classes
