I received my Bachelor of Science from University of Colorado Denver in Business Administration with an emphasis of Management in May 2017. Over the 2016 summer I had an internship as a General Manager at a high end casual restaurant. The internship enhanced and reinforced my leadership skills learned within school as well as my past work experiences. Motivating a team is my passion and I love enriching and developing that skill. As a leader in my current position as well as a General Manager from my internship, I keep growing and enhancing my leadership skills. Leadership comes with demonstrating and motivating which are two qualities that I possess but still continue to work and improve them.
