Responsible for executive level support within the Legacy Tanker Division of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. Manages the administrative workflow for over 200 employees assigned to. engineering, logistics, financial management, modification programs, and foreign military sales branches. Use Microsoft Office suite extensively, to include, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher to develop reports, briefings, and documents.

Led 12 departmental subordinates in the administration of training and readiness programs. Served as the enlisted lead for acceptance testing and initial operational deployment of three Block I modified E-6B Mercury Aircraft. Led a team that evaluated initial courseware, maintenance procedures and training devices. Developed qualification standards and training materials for aircrew transitioning to the modified aircraft. Evaluated operational capabilities of the Block I systems and manning requirements. Served in the capacity of squadron Naval Aviation Training and Operational Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) instructor responsible for conducting initial qualification evaluation flights, and administering annual unit evaluation flights. Conducted a comprehensive review of training device effectiveness and made recommendations concerning funding to improve the devices. As production Chief scheduled classes in CeTARs and CANTRAC, ensured optimal graduation of similar pipelines to maximize utilization of flight hours to minimize cost per hour. Managed the Training Department's 26 enlisted personnel in four different specialties. Responsible for the administration and tracking of 17 programs with over 3600 individual qualifications. Conducted initial qualification and annual re-qualification evaluations aboard the E-6B Mercury, and ensured standardization among five assistant instructors. Ensured compliance with National Level guidance onboard the E-6B aircraft in support of United States Strategic Command missions as a Communications Watch Officer and senior aircrewman. Led six assigned instructors in the Aircrew Training Division at Headquarters Fleet Aviation Specialized Training Group Pacific. Worked hand in hand with assigned Education Specialist in the review of 16 courses, conducted thorough analysis of Training Project Plans, Training Course Control Documents, Course Training Task Lists, Instructor Guides, and Student Guides. Coordinated training activities at subordinate sites, reviewed course materials and schedules to ensure compliance with Commanding Officer directives. Led fellow instructors in a formal course review of 14 courses that resulted in 85 critical change recommendations being implemented. Assisted in the development of the Navy's initial Synthetic Aperture RADAR course that was essential to correct a critical deficiency in the P3C AIP Non-Acoustic operator training pipeline, resulting in greater capability to meet crucial battlefield mission objectives.
