Accountable for the health, safety, welfare, morale, and supervision of up to 35 Soldiers daily during the 12B10 Military Occupational Skill (MOS) reclassification course.• Facilitate instruction via printed materials, PowerPoint, and hands on learning such as games and exercises, to Soldiers in specialties such as explosives/demolitions, bridging, route clearance/reconnaissance, Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as, various combat techniques, tactics, and procedures.• Innovate the development and facilitation of course material, conduct remedial training, and administer examinations and evaluations all via the employment of digital media, interactive guides and training aids.• Also, responsible for maintaining the accountability of all course related sensitive items and material valued at $300,000.

• Perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and replacement of various parts and systems on multiple wheel vehicles.• Employ numerous tools and measurement devices in order to properly repair or replace parts, assemblies, or systems.• Responsible for the maintenance, safety, and security of $20,000 dollars' worth of tools.• Operate several wheeled vehicle systems used in the recovery of wheeled vehicles.

•Spur input into and translate national-level strategies, policies and plans into strategic-operational level long-range guidance. •Transform concepts and ideas into staff and component actionable issues in support of the command’s objectives. •Unite overarching national-level inputs on subject-matter specific policies owned by other directorates into manageable constructs. •Support comprehensive plans to shape the environment within the Area of Operations (AOR) in support of the Commanders guidance to conduct theater engagement activities in order to promote democracy, stability, and collective approaches to regional security. •Provide subject matter expertise and country insight on all military and political aspects for the region. •Shape tailored and coordinated products on partner-nation issues for the Command, Joint, Congressional, Ambassadorial, Service, and Component Staffs.•Perform secondary functions, such as advisory and training services and negotiation on non-security assistance military matters and assistant management of an office of six personnel.

•Propel initiatives for counter terrorism programs in the area of operations •Evaluate host countries' military capabilities, in order to process counter terrorism requests•Perform counter terrorism program management through the production of various products such as quarterly/annual reports, quarterly/annual storyboards•Provide subject matter expertise and country insight on all military and political aspects for the region. •Perform secondary functions, such as advisory and training services and negotiation on non-security assistance military matters and assistant management of an office of six personnel•Manage programmatic inputs and details; steer oversight of various counter terrorism programs in Africa

•Propel initiatives for building partner capacity, security cooperation assistance, and security assistance •Evaluate host countries' military capabilities, in order to process security assistance requests•Perform Security Assistance and Cooperation program management through the production of various products such as quarterly/annual reports, quarterly/annual storyboards, case management, equipment movement, and end user facilitation•Provide subject matter expertise and country insight on all military and political aspects for the region. •Perform secondary functions, such as advisory and training services and negotiation on non-security assistance military matters and assistant management of an office of six personnel•Manage programmatic inputs and details; steer oversight of various security assistance cooperation programs in Africa

•Direct and lead the incentives terminations team of thirteen Soldiers for the National Guard Bureau. •Directly responsible for the proper implementation and processing of all incentive terminations. • Ensure proper incentive termination packets are uploaded into the appropriate applications with all supporting documentation available. •Communicate directly with all 54 states, territories, and districts of the United States to ensure the free flow of information related to incentive terminations. •Managed and vetted information input data into Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) and Individual Personnel Electronic Record Management System (iPERMS). •Report, record, track, and manage the weekly volume of incentive contracts.
