As a member of the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) I have extensive construction background and certification in Energy Efficient Construction. More importantly, I have obtained the International Code Council (ICC) Residential Building Inspector certification and the Permit Technician certification. I have applied these certificates to working as a building inspector for Transtech Engineers. In this position, I am in charge of performing combo inspections in commercial and residential buildings, and making sure they are compliant and up to minimum code requirements. On a day-to-day basis, I interact professionally with applicants while issuing permits, performing some minor plan checks, and reading construction plans.
