Big Ear Inc. was my very first job, had the opportunity given to me when I was a Sophomore in High School. The first task I had was filing ear molds into special filing cabinet for the ear molds of customers. I then learned more about the company and there goal. The goal was spreading awareness about hearing protection. The CEO became a mentor for me and taught me how to spread the awareness and how to sell custom ear plugs. I learned how to set up the sales displays and banners. I would pass business cards to every vendor in the event. Main trade shows we concentrated on was the Motorcycle Rally's, so there was a lot of traveling all over the United States and Parts of Canada. Hitting Goals and new goals.When I turned 18 I got certified to make a Ear mold, from there I went to making ear molds for every customer that came into the Big Ear Booth. I have worked several contracts with AZZ/SMS at the Martin Drake Power Plant and the Nixon Power plant.AZZ/SMS taught me how to work safely in the Power Plant Industry while doing my job. I learned the importance of monitoring the Air monitor for confined space or in other areas that a air monitor was needed, while others are working in the boiler, furnace, and penthouse. Each contract I worked on with AZZ/SMS I learned something new and continue to grow with the company. list of jobs I did while being with AZZ/SMS *Fire Watch *Hole Watch*Helper*General LaborGeneral Labor was my last title on recently contract that I finished with AZZ/SMS. As General Labor I also did help with the prep work for the welders with using tools like a Grinders while wearing my PPE. I would use the Grinders for prepping the tubes, pipes, also used the Grinder on the Burner deck levels. I also helped maintain a clean and clear work space to help keep the area free from tripping hazards. Safety is Huge factor when working in this Industry, I was responsible for showing up to the safety meeting every morning at the tool trailer. I was also responsible for removing the scrap metal from the work area and bringing it to the scrap metal bin. Assisting the boiler makers to whatever the task may be to get the Job done on time.

I was selling top quality tactical gear to the American Armed forces. My job at Patriot outfitters was retail sales, inventory, and product knowledge. Learning how you can help the Customer find the best and proper gear for there work. attended to product knowledge every week. Promoting special sales and keeping units per transaction high. hitting monthly and quarter goals for the store. Top salesperson in our store a few times.
