I maintain the day to day operations at Nano Geeks, including but not limited to: Meeting with new clients, deploying new technology, online marketing, local networking, and customer retention/satisfaction. As the owner of a Small Business, I wear many hats.

Maintain IT Infrastructure and Assets- Creation, Setup, and Deployment of IT Infrastructure and Assets- Technology Liaison and Account management for technical services (ISP, Telco, Etc…)- Responsible for overall infrastructure Security and Best Practices- Research and configuration of various web and/or cloud based line of business applications (CRM, Databases, Etc...)Provide Managerial and Business Operations Support- Research and facilitate relations with vendors/suppliers regarding inventory Purchasing (COGs), RMA’s, and availability of new equipment/supplies. - Provide direct support in regards to customer inquiries, complaints, and/or requests. Procedural Management and Implementation- Evaluate and determine possible (if any) improvements to currently existing procedures. - Design, Implement, and prepare materials describing new procedures and standards.- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures by all Reliant Staff members. Misc.- Co-ordinate and provide (as needed) on-site support and consultation regarding technical aspects and practices.- Maintain office efficiency by troubleshooting non-standard inquiries, complaints, and/or requests that may arise at the office or pertaining to the business of Reliant.

I was responsible for ensuring quick and efficient on-site repairs and solutions for our school district clients, as well as managing and directing a few technicians out in the field.
