Contract CMM programming primarily focused on PC-DMIS 2014 - 2019. Verisurf automated inspectiosn programs using Romer/FARO arms and Leica/FARO laser trackers. Process improvements in electronic inspection policies and procedures.

Performed a wide array of complex metrology tasks across the company. These included automating the tooling inspection process on a stationary gantry CMM. Programming over 200 inspection models for JSF, Boeing and Sikorsky CH53K tooling and parts. Assisted senior engineering and metrology staff with Gage R&R and various specialized inspection tasks. Performed studies on tooling setup processes to assist the CNC manufacturing team.

Electronic Inspection of composite and metal aerospace parts using FARO CMM arms and Romer CMM arms. Inspection of large scale aerospace parts using FARO Laser Trackers. Analysis of inspection reports using Verisurf 9.1 and Verisurf X5/X6. Hand SMI inspections of finished composite parts using calipers, micrometers and TruLock countersink gauges. Knowledge of GD&T and basic blueprint reading skills. Familiar with AS9100 requirements.

Advanced operation of automated Zund & Lectra pattern cutting tables. Implementation of FOD Standard Operating Procedures to ensure material is FOD free and compliant. Capability to identify discrepancies in materials such as dry fibers, fuzz and torn fibers. Ability to hand layup complex JSF and CH53K parts according to prescribed company specifications. Able to setup and monitor autoclave cures and post-cures and identify/flag parts which may be discrepant due to surface porosity, waviness and pitting. Currently serving to examine and record Autoclave and Post-Cure cure records in the cure log.

Responsible for collection, categorizing, and cataloging of various geospatial related data products such as shape files, aerial photography, elevation models, metadata, and vector data. Process and disburse data orders to clients via mediums such as DVD, CD, and a variety of removable external media. Compile information and maintain the data library with frequent data back-ups and effective organization of materials.
