I have a diverse background that provides a strong foundation across many industries and job responsibilities.I have 30 years of operations and executive management experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. My responsibilities included mutli-unit management, ground-up store opening coordinator, brand development, market development, human resources and training programs, as well as Information Technology management. My experience included positions at Baja Fresh, Boston Market, Applebee's, Una Mas! and Whole Foods Market.I have worked as an analyst at HMH Energy Resources, Inc since 2008. Responsibilities at HMH Energy Resources includes economic and risk analysis, project management, and a wide range of consulting services in the global energy industry with specialization in the green and renewable sector.
