I managed the Amazon Seller Central account which included handling customer service, listing creation using A+ content, FBA shipment creation and inventory replenishment, creating and optimizing PPC campaigns, and all marketing on the platform. I also managed the eBay platform which included customer service, listing creating, keyword research, and creation of Promoted Listing campaigns.Oversaw implementation of Webgility software to manage importation of orders from a variety of eCommerce platforms into QuickBooks. Consistently ran reports in QuickBooks to check sales metric to provide to our CFO and to export product information for large scale data reporting.I led the launch of the company's new website using the Shopify platform. This was a massive effort that saw us rebuild the entire website and transfer it to the Shopify platform from the ZenCart platform we had been using. This included finding the template that we would use, organizing new product collections, rewriting all product titles to make them more well-equipped for SEO, implementing a variety of Shopify apps to improve our marketing and cross-marketing efforts, and the overall plan for our new focus on SEO. With the transfer to the new platform, I exported all URLs from the old ZenCart platform and matched them with a relevant 301 redirect to the new platform to ensure no major issues with loss of SERP rankings which allowed us to hit the ground running once the new Shopify website was launched.

I handled product listing creation on eBay, Amazon and our DTC website, which included taking and editing product photos, writing product descriptions, and managing Amazon FBA inventory shipments. I managed the SEO for our website and wrote unique content for the website to drive traffic via targeted niche phrases and topics. I also handled customer service and was involved in sales.

I first started doing graphic design and photo editing for product pictures for eBay listings. I then quickly moved onto managing the eCommerce aspects of the business. I was in charge of all product listings and the creation of them which included the graphic design of the product pictures, the copywriting for the product descriptions, market & competitor research and keyword research. I led our expansion onto the Amazon platform, which quickly became our main source of revenue. I also sought new up and coming eCommerce platforms and tried Bonanzle (now Bonanza), iOffer, and eCrater. In addition to managing and leading initiatives on these eCommerce marketplaces, I also managed our DTC website that used the Volusion platform.I also helped in other ways such as working in the shipping department during busy seasons and eventually moving on to handling all customer service while simultaneously managing the eCommerce side of the business. This included answering the phone during the day, taking orders over the phone, handling customers issues via email with product damage and answering general product questions. I handled all issues with damaged shipments and filed the claims with UPS, FedEx or USPS.I oversaw the daily operations of the business and managed other employees who were involved in various roles throughout my time at the company. This included employees working in the shipping department, graphic design, marketing and customer service.
