Responsible for the cost, schedule, performance, and risk of the Army’s Training Simulation Software and Training Management Tool (TSS/TMT)Utilizes the Agile methodology, in conjunction with the software acquisition pathway, and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Contracts to:• Lead a cross functional team responsible for the coordination, execution and oversight of modernization contracts valued at over $350 million. • Lead multiple integrated product teams focused on: procuring new hardware and developing new software baselines for TSS/TMT, coordinating, deploying and integrating new input/output systems for the program. • Develop and regularly present/provide updates to senior Army leadership.• Interface, coordinate, and manage various stakeholders throughout DoD and industry to ensure all capability requirements are being met.• Manage projects in both the research and development phase of the acquisition life-cycle and the production and deployment phase of the acquisiton life-cycle.
