Help customers develop tooling and processes for machining projects in various industries including; aerospace, defense, medical, food processing, fluid control, motion control, communications, etc. Customer service, quote tools and tool packages, test and report on tool performance, follow up and maintain relationships. Set up, operate, and program CNC machines including multi-axis lathes, multi-spindle lathes, vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and swiss-style turning centers; deburring; inspection; tool grinding; surface grinding; rework; workholding; team and shift leader; apprenticeship committee member; develop program control procedure; training programs and curriculum.

Help students develop their machining skills; teach math, blueprint reading, measuring/inspection techniques, CNC code, and general machining knowledge.
