Being the owner/operator of a high volume shop is a difficult task. Especially when I am also a 30 year experienced A.S.E. Certified auto Technician. I have a certain expectation of how things should be done. My philosophy is that every vehicle that comes through our shop should be treated as though the technicians working on it should treat it as though his own wife and children were riding in it. As an experienced technician it is also my responsibility to make sure that all of my technicians are not only A.S.E. Certified, but trained in the newest of Diagnostic Troubleshooting and Driveability conditions of today's advanced systems. Behind the scenes, of course there are many business and management techniques that i am still trying to learn and educate myself with. And of course , as a small business owner, I am open and searching for advice and experience from other successful business owners.... Our theory is that when the small business owners of America can work, learn, and grow together, we can all become the true back bone and heart beat of this country. As we were truely intended to be in this "Olam Habah".
