Food And Beverage Operations Manager
CurrentI have had the privilege of opening this beautiful resort, nestled next to Yosemite National Park. I came on 3 days before the ribbon cutting. The manager prior to me hadn't done what they should have and left me a blank canvas with 3 days to go. In a very short period of time, I was able to accomplish the near impossible task. I worked with vendors and set up contracts, ordered inventory, helped program the POS system, created and developed the wine and specialty cocktail menu, and have hired and trained the right staff. I am currently working with my executive chef, Angelique Pereat, in opening our second fine dining concept. I have worked with wineries, and reps from around the world to source a world class wine list. We were recently highlighted in an article for Forbes magazine.
