• Lead a team to complete tasks.• Receive parts, complete inspection of parts received, to insure parts come in to our specifications.• Shipping; from small packages up to freight sizes, domestically and internationally.• Warehouse management; organizing, making sure things are in the right quantity and inventoried correctly in the system. • Designated team trainer, leading training seminars for new hires and mentoring throughout their careers. • Following policies & procedures for all positions of the company in ISO 900 / internal auditor.• Responsible for the warehouse inventory and equipment. • Work closely with the Service Team to manage all materials, documentation and RMA processing for service and warranty projects. • Safety Orientation: Demonstrates awareness of company safety policies and procedures; Includes ability to identify and report safety hazards, and the ability to encourage others to work safely. • Shop organization and production supervision role -my experience and conscientious work ethic has qualified me to manage employees, process work orders, team building and training new hires.
