Your home is your biggest investment, but it is also combination of many interrelated parts. We offer a property evaluation service in which we will review, with you the homeowner, the entire structural condition of your home and other buildings on your property (i.e. detached garages, storage or other outbuildings). We photo document our initial visit and provide you an initial baseline report of the property’s condition. Based on the frequency of the service contract you select (one or more times per year) we will make updates to this documentation on subsequent visits for any aspect of the property in which the condition has changed.
