Hi there my name is Travis O'Dell.I'm a recent graduate of the Bachelors Information Technology program at Seminole State college. Along side the college courses I've partook in daily security lab exercises on the learning platform Tryhackme. In terms of Technical Experience. I have hands on experience with static and dynamic analysis of malware. I can put together a report showing the impact and signatures and detail the remediation needed. I'm comfortable with both Windows and Linux based operating systems and know my way around commandline only interfaces. I'm comfortable with my knowledge of network protocols and network design. I've configured an entire network to allow for secure cross site connections using IPsec and access control lists.I've set up my own SIEM and logging using VMware and AWS cloudwatch/trail. I've completed splunk training which involved CTF based investigation of malicious traffic. I think my experience in red team labs has helped understand what to look for in logs and the flow of events. I have workable knowledge of Python scripting and can generally work through making simple automated tasks or work with external API.
