Portland-based social enterprise nonprofit DePaul Industries has rebranded as The DPI Group. A few of the companies under its umbrella are taking on new identities, and it is launching others. For nearly 50 years, the organization has been making a significant impact on employing people with disabilities. Overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of a $40 million social enterprise with nine locations. Reorganized management structure for optimal operating efficiency and recruited key new members of the management team. Led cross-department push to improve company culture and increase employee recruitment and retention. Worked with Board of Directors and staff members to develop a five-year strategic plan. Continued growth of export business, leading packaging division to be recognized by the Oregon Consular Corps with the New Exporter Award in 2015.

Provide leadership and management over the day to day operations of the corporations operating business units. Provide operational leadership and oversight by ensuring financial and mission success for the specified portfolio of business units based on goals set by the organization and the strategic plan. Supervise, train and evaluate management’s performance throughout the operating business units insuring financial and mission goals are met by each unit. Manage financial resources of the Security, Staffing, and Consumer Good Packaging Business units within the mission guidelines of the company. Responsible for the development, implementation, and managing of the operational aspects of the annual budget.
