As the Student Body Vice President, I oversaw the Student Government Association's Student Senate at Eastern Kentucky University. My job included appointment and management of committee chair positions, and working directly with university administrators and departments to address concerns of the student body. I also presided over all procedures required to appropriate $90,000 of funding for technology purposes on campus, and over $30,000 of funding to Registered Student Organizations on campus each year. As a member of the Executive Branch of SGA, I worked closely with the Student Body President to fulfill goals of our administration and with university staff to improve campus life for future students.
