Project Management experience working for a general contractor in the southeast region. I have been heavily involved in all processes of commercial construction. From plans through permitting to estimating and creating scopes for proposals and subcontractors. I create and maintain schedules for all projects ensuring they are on time and on budget and lead by example with superintendents and subcontractors. I believe having a successful project requires accountability and transparency from the top down to give the client the best product we can. This is accomplished through teamwork and constant communication.
