• System Administration of (Approx. 250 Client) Wide Area Network (WAN) at eighteen locations including Kansas City metro area• Maintain 8 ESX servers running VMware. 50 virtual servers, 10 virtual desktops and growing• Installation and maintenance of 20 citrix servers, 3 domain controllers, 1 wsus server, 4 SQL servers, and several other server related machines• Maintain 2 EMC Cellera / Clarion NAS systems• Symantec SEP / Encryption Administration• Daily backup of approximately 20 servers running Windows Server 2008 / 2003• Developing and Testing group policies for user computer systems throughout our network• Maintenance and repair of all computer systems company wide• Help with Website development and maintenance• Internet research and development for new products, upgrades and issues pertaining to the network and computer systems• Many other small tasks related to the development and maintenance of the network

• Administration of small (Approx. 50 Client) Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) at four locations• Maintenance and repair of all company computer systems including 4 laptops• Providing assistance for students learning MS Windows and/or MS Office• Providing assistance for students training for A+ Certification• Disaster recovery (Backup servers and provide virus protection)• Sales (Signing up applicants viewing school for training)• Website development and maintenance• Internet research and development for new products and upgrades
