ORACLE DBA | October 2017-Present Develop new databases; maintain existing databases; and install, configure, and manage Oracle 18c/12c/11g/10g/ databases. Worked closely with other IT resources to immediately schedule maintenance to upgraded databases to 18c. Was instrumental in pushing these key infrastructure projects through to completion so the databases were updated and compliant with Oracle support standards. Conducted a data security risk assessment on how to schedule and accomplish the implementation of database patches. Constructed plan and updated patches. As a result of applying the proper patches (going back years), the databases were upgraded to a safe and secure patch level. Additionally, maintained the databases with current patches, identifying and mitigating data security risks.
