Acquired California insurance license for position.

Worked remotely and managed all base level IT tickets. Was the face of IT for corporate. Traveled to many remote locations to provide IT assistance to end users. Designed a Solarwinds help desk. Was number two in the IT department. My operations were entirely autonomous in how I chose to resolve issues, number one in the IT department was based out of Reno.
