I worked in sales and management for 14 years, with 11 of those years in healthcare. For the last 5+ years I have worked as the Director of Wellness & Fitness which combines my previous years of experience in management & sales coupled with my passion for helping people. We are uniquely situated to serve as the Wellness Department for a rural health system, as well as serving the surrounding community as the local fitness center. I love speaking with folks one-on-one, as well as speaking at group engagements about anything wellness related. I believe that we are all on a constant journey of improvement. There is no such thing as maintaining, we are either progressing or falling behind.
