The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the four areas1. Business Development - Proactively anticipate changes and opportunities financially in business development. Develop and monitor budgeting and forecasting models. Identify key business indicators/trends for expansion, development, purchases, and selling of assets. Develop financial processes including service billing, payroll and benefits, purchases, etc. Forecast and report on profitability of the company. Approve recommended compensation and bonus changes for all staff. Approve giving opportunities. Identify and manage business risks and rewards with CEO and COO
