Hired as a Patient Services Representative, I quickly rose in rank due to the dedication and passion presented in my work. I learned basic dentistry terminology and anatomy to properly consult patients into accepting the doctor's treatment. Other duties include Accounts Receivable, Insurance Verification Reports, Patient Satisfaction, Training, Supply Ordering, and anything else needed to support my team.

I handled the registration and phlebotomy of blood donors. I also maintained the sanitation of the mobile and calibration of the equipment. On slow days I would assist the recruitment staff with convincing potential donors to participate.
