I am happy to say that I have excelled in learning C-Store; gas station and convenance store, Bally’s Casino Market Place, Everi operating systems, and Stripe payment platform. Some audits that I am currently working on is Table Games; 75 gaming tables, Slot Progressive; 3,000 slot machines, Wardrobe; team store, Retail; Player Service – events, promotions, cigarettes, and C-Store.

My primary job was that of a security officer. I helped out soft count and the cage when needed. As a security officer, I observed and reported any incidents, violations, criminal and any hazardous conditions. I also protected money and assets transported to and from and within the gaming facility and cashier/cage departments. Within Soft Count, I counted and recorded money, and followed internal controls, Within the Cage, I exchanged gaming chips for U.S. currency, verified large amounts of money for various types of transactions, and balanced the drawer at the end of shift and completed routine paperwork.

I ensured that the premises and personnel were safe by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points for permitting entry into a building. I responded to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to client employees, visitors and vendors. Used CCTV equipment to operate and maintain surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacted the authorities when necessary. I used a Linux database system to make and modify badges for employees, visitors and vendors. I used Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Internet Explorer; also, a workplace team chat app to create reports for managers regarding prior day activities, communicated policies and procedures to employees, visitors and vendors.
