Current responsibilities include:o Manage day to day operations for 3 different cost centers, representing 31 team memberso Support 2,950 users at 180 locations across 7 states and 3 time zoneso WAN, LAN, MPLS, GRE, VPN/IPSEC, SDWANo Mitel and Cisco PBX infrastructure o Banking applications running on x86 – examples include Teller, Loan Originations, Wires, and ACHo Service Desk – helpdesk phone support, onsite desktop supporto Procurement of IT hardware including desktops, printers, routers, switches, phones, MFDs, etco Key contracts include Microsoft, Cisco Smartnet, Mitel SWAS, Citrix, Adobe, MPLS, Managed Print Services, Cellular, Internet, Long Distance & Toll Freeo Highlights over the past few years: Reduced annual telecom / datacom spend by 1 million +, Technical PM for numerous bank acquisitions, materially contributed toward the following new cloud initiatives: Meraki, ZOOM, Teams, Directors Desk, Faxcom, & Cisco Room Kits
