Account Specialist
Current• Manages customer orders from inquiry stage until the invoice has been paid. Resolve delays or errors with shipping, as well as pricing.• Partners with Account Manager, plants, sales, and transportation to maximize the sales of profitability of customer base.• Ability to balance multiple tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure we are meeting the needs and demands of internal and external customers.• Proficiency in applying independent judgment situations granting decisions and service customers, via phone, in a friendly and efficient manner. Ability to apply analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.• Capability to work both independently and in a team in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
