Account Specialist
Current- Manages customer orders from inquiry stage until the invoice has been paid. Resolve delays or errors with shipping, as well as pricing.
- Partners with Account Manager, plants, sales, and transportation to maximize the sales of profitability of customer base.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure we are meeting the needs and demands of internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in applying independent judgment situations granting decisions and service customers, via phone, in a friendly and efficient manner. Ability to apply analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
