I enjoy earning clients trust and I take great pride in being entrusted to be their insurance agent. I always put the customers needs before my own, meaning I work extremely hard at finding the right carrier and program to fit my client's needs. I am no longer controlled by a big corporate company thats primary concern is profit. Bottom line is the primary concern before their employees, customer's, and their partners. The partners that got then where the are. They assign presidents of their partnered agencies that know how to drive profit but have no experience in the insurance business and give him full authority to run an they no nothing about, the agencies clients, its employees its community, I thank God I am no longer a part of the Leavitt Group. I am in a stronger position, have even greater strength being affiliated with the largest insurance network in the Country much Larger than Leavitt, I own 100% of the agency, so we are locally owned not just have a local presence as Leavitt does. I have all my children involved in the agency so they can keep it going after I am gone, so truly a family run and owned Agency, that know's wat our community needs, not having to fit into percentages, knowing our wages have to be higher here than Rural Utah. My business motto is do unto other as you would have done to you. That isn't as easy as it sounds in regards to co-workers, customers, carriers, etc. But its one I believe you get what you give. And that has always made me successful in this industry. And how I build long standing relations with my clients.
