This ensured the highest levels of performance; with below 1% attrition, over 30% production improvements and a staffing model that enabled smooth planning across the entire warehouse.

Drove quality to #1 in the Amazon network for 46 week, reduced defects per-million opportunities and saved over $120k per week.• As the Benchmark Manager, created focused production rate goals to improve efficiency, performance and reduce costs. Through drastic improvements across Transfer Out, Problem Solve, Pack Support, Machine/Robot dwell times and process waste removal improved warehouse from #9-11 in network to #5 with in 3 months and then #1-2 for last 23 weeks.

• Lead multiple teams to benchmark in safety, quality, performance and customer experience. Developed process improvements, standard work and program initiatives that resulted in $11.2 million in cost saving through shared best practices across 10 fulfillment centers across 3 Amazon Robotic Sort Regions.

• Expertly mentored and developed subordinates, peers and senior executives for career progression and operations. Lead development for all new outbound managers in San Marcos, Texas and traveled to various other sites to develop over 20 Area Managers, 14 Operation/Senior Operations Managers and 3 General Managers. This directly improved learning timelines by 50% and efficiency across the supply chain. • Ensured clear understanding of SAP, Tableau and other web analytical tool. Trained all managers to ensure they understood how to root cause business data to drive strategic planning.

• Lead a team of fuel techs in the successful fueling operations of all FRAC machinery and vehicles. Helicopter Maritime Strike SEVEN THREE:• Operations, Safety, Training, ADP/Communication Manager• Managed ACOL training program through multiple improvements for the HSL, HS, VP and HSM community. Led the first and only command in HSWING to meet syllabus requirements. • Managed SHARP as the subject matter expert and database administrator.• Directly responsible for the supervision and training of 33 Naval Aircrewmen, 4 Information Dominance Sailors, 2 Hospital Corpsmen and 52 junior Officers. Managed 309 personnel as the Command Fitness Leader, Drug and Alcohol Advisor, Health Promotion Officer, Family Care Plan Coordinator, Exceptional Family Member Program Manager and Enlisted Warfare Specialist Program Chairman.

• Provided leadership and oversight for the commands 361 personnel, 13 assigned aircraft, all peripheral equipment and all operations required to meet the designated missions.

Helicopter Maritime Strike FOUR ONE & FOUR THREE:• Performs search and rescue operations to those in need. Instructs Life Saving Procedures, First Aid, CPR, Rescue Equipment, Waterborne Lifesaving Techniques, Day/Night Water Entries, Parachute, Search and Rescue Tactics, Night and Multiple Rescue Situations, and Helicopter Operations to all assigned Aircrewmen.

Chief of Naval Air Training:• Provided leadership and oversight for the entire Navy Aircrew Production team.• Directly responsible for task group team members ability to successfully achieve Naval Aircrew production goals. Supervised 4 task group leads and a team of over 50 commands and 100 personnel. Ensured over 800 Aircrewmen are recruited and trained annually to meet Naval operational requirements. Ensured 100-103% production has been met every year since taking over the job.

• Provided leadership and oversight for head quarters staff and 25 subordinate commands.• Directly responsible for the supervision and training of 119 Enlisted Sailors and 1,900 junior Officers. Managed 2,019 personnel as the major command level Command Fitness Leader, Drug and Alcohol Advisor, Health Promotion Officer. Managed in excess of 2,000 personnel as the Alcohol and Drug Correspondence Officer Advisor.

Tactical Operation Center, CPRW-11:• Operations, Analysis, and ADP/Communication Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO)• Provided leadership and management control of Tactical Support Center (TSC) and Mobile Operations Control Center (MOCC) operational watch teams through employment of unique Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C41) Systems and techniques which will assist Task Group Commanders (TGCs) in planning and executing assigned missions within the Navy Command and Control System (NCCS), Joint Maritime Command Information Systems (JMCIS), and Global Command and Control Systems – Maritime (GCCS-M) networks. • Responsible for receiving and transmitting all incoming message traffic and ensuring it is properly routed. • Directly responsible for the supervision and training of 30 Enlisted Sailors and 10 junior Officers. Manages 250 personnel as the Command Fitness Leader, Drug and Alcohol Advisor, Health Promotion Officer. Managed in excess of 1,900 personnel as the Alcohol and Drug Correspondence Officer Advisor.

Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron FIVE:• Weapons and Tactics Process Engineer, LCPO, Training LCPO and development lead.• Developed and trained small element tactics and combat search and rescue techniques.• Taught ASU and ASW tactics. As one of the few helo crewmen with real world ASW time on top of submarines from multiple counties, I’m able to provide real world knowledge.• Managed all weapon training, in the class and on the range. Coordinated range safety and instruction on various regional Navy, Army, Law Enforcement and Civilian ranges.• Directly responsible for the supervision and training of 32 Naval Aircrewmen and 20 junior Officers. Managed 75 weapon systems and thousands of rounds of ordnance every quarter.
