Responsible for providing contract management, field execution oversight and leadership on multiple large LNG, petrochemical, industrial and refining EPC projects while developing and implementation of subcontract strategies, procedures, tools, and templates to address risk mitigation and project execution strategies while restructuring and training project, proposal and support teams in an effort to align with the group business goals.

Responsible for the fabrication of pipe, pipe supports, misc. steel structures, PDC's, E-Houses and modular skids at 4 facilities located in Texas, Mississippi and North Carolina with over 600,000 sf of fabrication floor space indoors and 100+ acres laydown.

Responsibilities included the management of the day-to-day operations of the EPC Group along with the oversight of the Project Directors and Project Executive leading the EPC Project Teams ensuring that the work is performed with the highest ‎regard for quality and safety while focusing on predictable project outcomes for project cost and schedule‎. ‎Participated actively in the marketing, estimating, proposal and contract negotiations in order to ‎ensure the attainment of the financial objectives‎.

Nueces Bay Re-Powering Project ($433mm Lump Sum, EPC, Joint Venture)Responsible for the profit/loss and execution of the construction of an EPC Project that included the conversion and upgrade of a de-powered power plant to a combined cycle power plant. With a peak direct craft manpower of 600 crafts personnel, the project was successfully completed 4 weeks early and exceeded as sold profit. This project was the winner of the Texas Construction Magazine Top Industrial Project of the Year and ENR Magazine Top Industrial Project of the Year.

Cholla Environmental Partners AQCS Project ($250mm Lump Sum, EPC, Joint Venture)Responsible for the EPC development, execution and profit/loss for a design/build of 2 AQCS project located in Joseph City, AZ.

Power DivisionResponsible for the oversight of all project support departments in multiple power related construction projects with direct supervision of craft training, start-up, warranty and project controls and coordinating responsibilities for estimating, human resources, procurement, contract management, IT and legal departments. While in this role, I established a company craft development program for over 5,000 direct hire employees and developed division policies in all areas of responsibility.

Power DivisionResponsible for the project controls teams on all division projects ensuring the financial and schedule performance for each project while developing and analyzing project forecast for $3 billion of Lump Sum EPC projects.

Rio Nogales Power Partners ($350mm Lump Sum, EPC Power Plant) Responsible for the project controls department on a EPC Lump Sum project which included project financials, scheduling, earned value and subcontracting.
