▪ Oversight of candidates entire campaign process which includes fundraising, budget management, seeking endorsements, party coordination, voter outreach.▪ Managed the candidates schedule and provided insight to strategic meetings and events which bolster her political position in the district▪ Worked with candidate to build a policy profile that matched her values and that of her constituents to conjure a pragmatic and realistic plan to appeal to her district.

▪ Trained and recruited volunteers on canvassing, phone banking, data entry, all while making 200 phone calls a day to maximize voter contact.▪ Cultivated coalitions and partnerships with politically engaged individuals/ groups in the community to find common ways to get involved.▪ Acted as a liaison between individual state campaigns and community leaders to effectively utilize our collective resources.

▪ Managed a team of field organizers, was responsible for training them on their daily tasks as well as assisting them with responsibilities. ▪ Responsible for conducting interviews, skills assessments, hiring paperwork, and payroll for canvassers that were onboarded. ▪ Responsible for consolidating metrics and data pertinent to the day to day operation. ▪ Recruitment of people looking to work as canvassers on Governor Pritzker’s campaign.▪ Managed canvassers in the field, which included training them, reporting their numbers for the day, and assisting them with our tech.▪ Collaborated and created partnerships with local businesses, high schools, and colleges in an effort to recruit motivated people who would serve the campaign well. Connected with the county democratic party to create a strong pipeline of canvassers.

▪ Drafted motions which assisted attorneys in disputes and wrote proposed decisions to arbitrators after trial had ended. Used catalog of workers comp cases in IL as precedent to assist decision. ▪ Compiled exhibit lists and medical records to be used during trial.▪ Wrote trial outlines and conducted petitioner testimony for litigation purposes related to each worker's compensation. This included documenting interview notes and providing summaries to supervising attorneys.

▪ Performed data analysis and extracted relevant information from budget reports made by US Congressional appropriations committees. ▪ Compiled weekly reports on Cyber Security for clients for the purposes of keeping clients current on relevant security issues. ▪ Compiled monthly reports on publicly available information regarding foreign military sales and provided information on which organizations were awarded contracts by the US Department of Defense. ▪ Attended congressional hearings to report relevant regulatory information on defense issues to my immediate supervisor.
