● Implemented a Front End Portal That Allows End Users To Submit Complaints And Inquiries which will be managed and followed up on in Microsoft Dynamics CRM by the Department of Consumer And Worker Protection● Designed and implemented an Angular Wizard Workflow Component as a base for all workflows in the Landlord Management System for the Department of Social Services● Created an entire infrastructure for managing important user documents that involved Angular (UI), SQL/.NET (API) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Created each part of the infrastructure using an Angular front-end interface for uploading, deleting and downloading documents, an API for connecting the front-end to an Azure Blob Storage and SQL Database and two Azure Web Jobs to Push and Pull data between CRM and SQL.● Developed a reusable class to interact with Azure Blob Storage and generate secure SAS URLs that could authenticate users based on an expiration date/time, allowed IP Address and Read/Write permissions.● Researched and developed my knowledge on the Azure Suite of products.● Managed the development lifecycle, source control and tracking of work items using Git in combination with Azure Dev Ops in order to handle a Pull Request oriented workflow.

• Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise) as a platform to build easily maintainable applications. Developed workflows and business rules as a primary solution to most requirements while still creating custom plugins and custom actions when multiple processes or intense processing needed to be done.• Work in a team collaborating using TFS to manage project development lifecycles. Broke down large components of application into features and product backlog items and created tasks before development to plan for most of the code that would need to be written. • Created custom single page applications inside CRM using AngularJS to give a smooth and user-friendly experience when the OOTB (out of the box) forms and features weren't enough.• Managed the daily upkeep of multiple CRM systems that were primarily assigned to me. Had to keep a certain knowledge of the end to end process of multiple systems along with any documentation needed to support users• Kept a continuous activity log of all actions with their respective date and comments for each system maintained. Drafted a weekly report with my team on MS SharePoint of all activities and the suspected activities for the next week along with any items pending.
