One that leads to true happiness and freedom.🗣Corporate Communications👂 As a corporate communications professional, I learned the importance of two-way communication in building and sustaining a strong organizational culture. For a company to be the best version of itself, the leadership team, frontline team members, and everyone in between must be on the same page. Everyone wants to feel like they are providing value through their work, and everyone wants to feel valued. Making sure all people in an organization have the avenue to both listen and share their thoughts is critical to success. These ideas apply to our relationships, as well. 📝Journalism❓As a journalist, I focused on two of my passions: being curious about people and storytelling that inspires and informs. I love asking questions to understand people on a deeper level and to get the real story behind their stories. I believe great writing is like directing a movie: You start with a bunch of disconnected information, and you connect it all in a way that flows in a captivating and entertaining way.Like many career paths, my path has been anything but linear. But I’ve learned more about the unique strengths and skills I bring to the world at every stop along the way. The journey has led me to discover my purpose through coaching and writing and help make a real difference in people’s lives. And it’s been an amazing ride with a bunch of incredible people.
