Making sure all people in an organization have the avenue to both listen and share their thoughts is critical to success. These ideas apply to our relationships, as well. 📝Journalism❓As a journalist, I focused on two of my passions: being curious about people and storytelling that inspires and informs. I love asking questions to understand people on a deeper level and to get the real story behind their stories. I believe great writing is like directing a movie: You start with a bunch of disconnected information, and you connect it all in a way that flows in a captivating and entertaining way.Like many career paths, my path has been anything but linear. But I’ve learned more about the unique strengths and skills I bring to the world at every stop along the way. The journey has led me to discover my purpose through coaching and writing and help make a real difference in people’s lives. And it’s been an amazing ride with a bunch of incredible people.
