CurrentAs an Ethos Group Account Representative, we work with our client dealer partners to increase revenue, lower overhead, and reduce the risk of doing business. We help our dealers: • Develop a strategic plan and process that aligns with their vision and purpose of creating lifetime customers.• Recruit high caliber employees.• Challenge employees to meet their true potential by offering education, training, mentoring, and development through a well-designed career path.• Provide leadership education to employees to further develop their ability to earn trust, influence, and be an effective leader.• Utilize technology alongside dealership management to monitor employee and dealership performance.• Help our clients to increase revenue, lower overhead, and reduce risk.
