-Supervise all accounting functions including monthly financial reporting, cash management, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.-Prepare cash flow projections and trending analysis, including recommendations.-Monitor overhead recapture rate on a monthly basis.-Prepare and enforce internal cost control measures.-Month end closing process.-Quarterly financial reports.-Prepare and/or supervise payroll and sales/use tax reports.-Prepare WIP reports for bonding and banking interests.-Thorough understanding of construction job costing accounts and systems.- Maintain asset and depreciation schedules.-Annual W2/1099 preparation.-Maintain 401K program including distributions and contributions.-Coordinate directly with outside CPA firm.-Engage in direct Treasury related duties.-Assit with risk management elements including insurance and transfer of risk.-Perform HR functions to include, master file maintenance and benefits.

Tax/Accounting-Prepare issued financial reports for varying sized entities.-Prepare tax returns for Individuals, S-corps, C-corps, Partnerships, and Non-Profits.-Prepare payroll and quarterly payroll reports.-Maintain accurate fixed asset files for multiple clients.-Communicate with clients on a dail basis.Audit-Work with a team in the field on audits.-Maintain direct contact with client throughout audit procedures.-Compile work papers and financial statements based on work done.-Prepare issued financial reports and tax returns.
