Furthering my expertise, I completed my Masters in Education in School Administration, equipping me with advanced skills in staff management and educational program development. My quest for cultural and linguistic proficiency led me to the Coastal Spanish Institute and Instituto Para Estudiantes Extranjeros in Costa Rica, enhancing my communication abilities in diverse environments.Professionally, I've embraced various roles with increasing responsibilities. As an Assistant Principal and Activities Director at Schuyler Central High School since 2021, I've successfully evaluated and improved the performance of teachers and coaches. My role involves coordinating events, developing programs, and managing operations—a testament to my leadership and organizational skills.Prior to this, I served as a Crop Adjuster and Sales Rep at Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS), Zurich North America. Here, I honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, performing field inspections and managing claims with precision and accuracy.My experience as a Teacher and Head Boys Basketball Coach at Fairbury High School and Waverly High School in Nebraska, and as a Teacher and Basketball Coach at ALIEF High School in Houston, TX, underscores my expertise in team leadership and development. Over a decade in these roles has polished my skills in hiring, training, and supervising teams, alongside developing effective training programs.I'm particularly proud of my ability to communicate and connect with people from diverse backgrounds, a skill enhanced by my years teaching Spanish and serving as a translator in various districts.
