Monitor, maintain and record activity for chillers, boilers and pumps to ensure proper operating efficiencies•Monitor environmental conditions to determine how many Chillers/Boilers should be in operation at any given time via Allerton building EMS controls.•Monitor and maintain Lutron lighting controls for the buildings•Operate via Amazon campus mandated Security / Pass down procedures•Utilize EMS to troubleshoot potential challenges as load demands change•Work with contractors to ensure start-ups and warranty items are handled appropriately•Liaison between building engineering and Amazon associates

Monitor and record all changes for equipment currently in operation (i.e.: Boilers, chillers and pumps.)•Maintain and record activity for boilers also maintain pressure settings to supply the UNM campus and UNM Hospital•Monitor environmental conditions to determine how many Chillers/Boilers should be in operation at any given time via EMS controls•Perform preventative maintenance on feed water pumps and cooling towers•Utilize EMS to troubleshoot potential challenges as demand changes across campus

Survey sites for potential mold and asbestos•Provide proposals for potential clients•Completed interior residential remodels and refreshes•Performed HVAC assessments, repairs and replacements

Oversaw and managed all facilities for night operations• Ensured that nightly close procedures were completed • Performed Record Management for the facility• Verified all warranty procedures and repairs were completed properly• Inspected and test drove trucks to ensure repairs were performed properly

Responsible for all HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs for 18 properties•Maintained chillers, package units, heat pumps, water heaters and water source heat pumps•Coordinated and oversees all sub-contractors during remodels•Obtained bids for work over $1,000 and presented to Property Mangers for approval•Provided Operations Manager with accurate budgetary information for all 18 properties•Utilized the Automated Logic EMS systems with DDC controls•Provided Contractors with insight by interpreting blue prints along with providing them with knowledge of individual building challenges •Knowledge of automatic doors and fire alarm systems
