As Head of Services Sales at Zoom, I led a globally distributed team of sales and operations professionals, driving over $100M in services bookings. I successfully streamlined processes, improved service offerings, and accelerated the speed-to-quote, all while reducing sales-to-delivery friction. Led the onboarding and training of new account executives, ensuring seamless integration and rapid adoption of operational processes to drive sales growth. Conducted weekly meetings with customer stakeholders and company executives, presenting financial and operational KPIs such as project profitability, staffing needs, team utilization, billable rates, and customer satisfaction. Served as the primary escalation point for Executive Projects, ensuring close monitoring of team performance and swift resolution of any issues.

Avaya Product Manager:Overall, responsible for driving the company vision for the Avaya business line by working with Account Executives as point of contact for all aspects of the Avaya business from pre-sales to project completion. Also to include creation, pricing and marketing of new service offerings.Maintain relationships targeting both Avaya product and service business lines as well as SKC marketing on promoting Avaya product and service offerings on the SKC website.Voice Operations Manager:Responsible for the day-to-day management of the SKC Voice Operations Team, including task assignment and prioritization, point of escalation, mentoring and guidance through the Voice Operations project process. Provide Pre-Sales operations support as necessary to explain SKC implementation processes and methodology, as well as maintaining and expanding vendor relationships for purposes of improving and widening our implementation service portfolio.Oversee, monitor, and continuously improve processes and personnel that support Voice Operations.
